I purchased my registration -now what?

If you purchased a Full Weekend Attendee ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. At the convention present your email confirmation at the Sabakon registration desk during the con or on Day 0 (Thursday, November 15, 2019).

Can I pay in cash?

Yes! We will be selling tickets during many events throughout the year. Be sure to check out our social media to see where we'll be.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be made on any ticket purchases for the Sabakon 2019 event.

How old do I have to be to attend Sabakon?

Sabakon is an all-ages event, however attendees younger than 14 years of age should be accompanied by an adult or guardian over the age of 18 at all times during the convention.

Do you do group discounts?

We can do group discounts for groups of 8 or more. Groups must contact our registration director at staff@sabakon.com to request a group discount.

What are the hours for the Registration Desk at the con?

Sept. 5th | 2pm - 8pm

Sept. 6th | 9am - 7pm

Sept. 7th | 9am - 8pm

Sept. 8th | 9am - 4pm

If I purchase a single day ticket for a friend, can I pick it up for him/her at the convention?

You may only pick up tickets that are under your name. If the ticket is under your friend's name, you would not be able to pick it up at the registration desk. However, if you purchase 2 or more tickets under your name, you can pick up all of them at once at the the con.

What if I lost my badge at the convention?

For badges lost during the convention, a replacement badge can be requested for a fee of $30. You MUST have a government issued photo ID with the same name as you registered with on your ticket, such as a driver’s license, a state ID, a passport, a military ID, or a School ID with a photo.
