Sabakon Registration Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Sabakon 2019 event, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Sabakon LLC, which will be further referred to as "Sabakon", provides these terms and conditions for all who purchase tickets to the Sabakon 2019 event, as well as all Sabakon attendees. These terms and conditions are meant to ensure the safety and well being of every guest at Sabakon, and are subject to change at any time without notice. For purpose of this agreement, "you", "guests", or "attendees" refers to the individual or entity who purchase(s) the tickets and/or attend the Sabakon 2019 event. "We", "us", or "Sabakon", means Sabakon LLC., and the "parties" refers to both you and Sabakon LLC. Questions regarding these terms and conditions can be sent to


Ticketing Policy

Pre-registration for Sabakon 2019 is now available on our website at  At-con registration is available on Thursday, September 5th, and during the duration of the convention. Registration desk hours are as follows:


Sept. 5th | 2pm - 8pm

Sept. 6th | 9am - 7pm

Sept. 7th | 9am - 8pm

Sept. 8th | 9am - 4pm


You may NOT use a nickname when you preregister for your badge. Your legal name will be used to verify the purchase of a badge.

Lost Badges

For badges lost during the convention, a replacement badge can be requested for a fee of $30. You MUST have a government issued photo ID with the same name as you registered with on your ticket, such as a driver’s license, a state ID, a passport, a military ID, or a School ID with a photo.

Should you lose your badge again before or during the convention, you will be required to purchase another badge at the current price should you wish to still attend the event.


Should Sabakon LLC find that this policy is being exploited too often, we will terminate this policy and require attendees to purchase another badge in the event that they lose theirs.

Badge Policies

Sabakon badges are the property of Sabakon LLC. and are loaned to our attendees for their use and enjoyment. Badges may not be modified, copied, or tampered with in any way. Badges may be revoked at any time by qualified staff members. If, at any time, your behavior is questionable, or you break a rule outlined in the Sabakon Code of Conduct, your badge is liable to be removed.


Convention Conduct

All guests, vendors, attendees, volunteers, and staffers are expected to act in a respectful manner toward each other.

All guests, vendors, attendees, volunteers, and staffers are expected to follow and abide by the Sabakon Code of Conduct.



All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be made on any ticket purchases for the Sabakon 2019 event.

Refunds will not be given should the event be cancelled due to Acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, or any other cause which makes performance impossible or illegal. Should the event be cancelled for any other reason, Sabakon LLC will accept all refund requests given within 6 months after the date of cancellation.



Badge-sharing is not allowed and is detrimental to the event. Attendees, exhibitors, and volunteers must use the badges they receive for themselves and can not give or trade this badge to another person at any time during the event. Any persons found to be badge-sharing will likely be asked to leave the convention without refund.


Age Limitations

A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present to pick up the badge of any attendee under the age of 14.  A parent or guardian over the age of 18 is required to be present to accompany any attendee under the age of 14 throughout the entire duration of when he/she is at Sabakon.  According to Las Vegas and Clark County laws, there is a curfew for those under 18. A parent or guardian over the age of 18 is required to accompany his/her child who is under the age of 18 after 9pm on the Las Vegas Strip and after midnight off the Las Vegas Strip.



By purchasing from an exhibitor or artist at Sabakon, you agree to all the terms that exhibitor or artist may have regarding the sale of that item. It is up to the attendee to ask about any concerns they have, including but not limited to the price of the item and the return policy of an item.



By attending Sabakon and physically entering and being within the convention space, you agree to grant Sabakon, along with all of its partners and affiliates, the irrevocable right and license to use your name, likeness, speech, and photograph in any advertising or publicity, in any media now or hereafter created, throughout the world. You also agree to release Sabakon, and any of its partners and affiliates, from any action or liability of any nature whatsoever that arising from the use of the materials mentioned above.
